I led the design and development of the Optum Enterprise Training (OET) University Website. The site provides dynamic content development and delivery, career pathways with progress tracking, and integration with the company LMS.
I led the design and development of the Timesite Web App for OET employee time tracking. I also built multiple web-based queries that provide detailed project and time management capabilities.
I developed this simulator tool so Optum call center trainees could practice before taking live calls. The tool provided gaming elements and real call metrics that were sent to the company LMS. [contains audio]

At Lockheed Martin, I worked as a front-end web developer creating web-based simulations for the U.S. Navy. The sims were used to teach radar technicians how to maintain the Aegis weapons system.
